Bonefish Grill

We went out with a group of friends to celebrate a promotion of one of our own, and we decided to head over to Bonefish Grill, knowing that we could find a delicious cheesecake to rate.

The plating of the cheesecake was simple yet elegant, served on a traditional circular white glass plate without any extra decorative garnishments or designs. The cheesecake was drizzled with a mouth-watering Melba sauce that overflowed into a pool on the plate, with a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top.

While the filling of the cheesecake was simple, it was exceptionally delicious. The cheesecake had a fresh and creamy taste that wasn’t overly sweet, and the crust was soft and consistent throughout. The real star of the dish was the Melba sauce, which added a perfect combination of tartness and sweetness to the dish. The balance between the two flavors was just right and it didn’t leave that overly sweet taste that many cheesecakes tend to have.

At $7.90, this cheesecake was an excellent value for the taste. However, the portion size could have been bigger, as it was definitely one of the smallest slices we have ever rated. Overall, Bonefish Grill’s cheesecake is a simple yet delicious treat that is definitely worth trying.

If you would like to try it for yourself, this is a chain restaurant with locations in 30 out of 50 states.
