After an evening of rich entrées and a glass (or two) of wine, it only felt right to close out the meal with their New York–Style Cheesecake.

When it arrived, the presentation was elegant in its simplicity — a generous slice dusted with powdered sugar, a cloud of whipped cream on the side, and a subtle sheen that instantly said, this is going to be good. While our server noted the cheesecake wasn’t made in-house, that didn’t take away from the experience. In fact, what this dessert may lack in origin, it more than makes up for in execution.
