Boxcar Burgers

First bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The flavor of this cheesecake was fantastic, with its unique tiramisu twist that blended perfectly with the rich and creamy cheesecake base. The addition of a chocolate layer was also a welcome surprise, adding a delightful contrast in both texture and flavor. However, where this cheesecake fell short was in its crust. Despite taking several more bites with hopes that my opinion would change, the crust remained lackluster and unimpressive.

In terms of texture, this cheesecake leaned towards the softer side, but it was perfectly fine and added to the overall enjoyment of the dessert. The plating was simple, yet fitting for the style and vibe of the restaurant.

Overall, this cheesecake was good, but not great. While it had some standout elements, such as the unique flavor profile and creamy texture, the lackluster crust prevented it from reaching the heights of greatness.
